Refund Policy

BrüMate accepts no-reason returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

Items should be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging when available. Customized items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

BrüMate pays return shipping for approved no-reason returns and exchanges and for returns involving damage, defects, or other quality issues. Contact vchi4581@gmail.com before sending an item so we can provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent free-return arrangement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers typically post the credit within 5-10 business days after issuance.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, this Refund Policy applies.
